Jetpack Plugin had activated their own lazy loading times. Turned this off and it worked fine there after.

Perfect, that worked. Although it isn’t the prettiest solution as it creates a full length background for the desktop version as well. However I will mark this as resolved as it has fixed my issue.

So I have not yet figured this out. Please can you assist me? As noted above the desktop section is fine. It is the mobile section that is changing the way the background of the heading text looks. On desktop it is dark and on mobile it is super light grey.
