I had to rename the plugin folder to get back into the WordPress dashboard. And then I rolled back to the previous version.

However, this forum and you, as an Automatic employee, are the only resources I have to request such a thing. I am surprised that there is no way to escalate this issue internally, not even on the internal Slack.
There are almost 11 thousand translated terms, but there are another 10 thousand just waiting for approval, in the stable version.
This borders on absurdity, the translations were done, IN THE STABLE VERSION and simply nothing can be done.
It is discouraging to use a tool that depends on the community, the community helps it, but goes through a process that ignores the work already done by the community.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] E-mails não traduzidos corretamenteIsso aconteceu desde a versão 9.8.0, onde o “Email improvements” foi removido da versão beta e passou a ser um recurso.
A imagem abaixo é do status “processando”. As duas linhas destacadas em amarelo não podem ser editadas diretamente pelo painel (somente alterando os arquivos do tema, conforme você sugeriu).
Porém a tradução para PT-BR deste campo já existe e está aguardando. É necessário apenas aprovar para que todos na língua portuguesa deixem de ter este mesmo problema, sem envolver programação.

The “wsal_occurrences” table did not actually exist in the database.
I exported its structure from another installation that was working correctly, imported it into the database and cleared all of its contents.
From then on, the plugin started to record all occurrences normally.

Yes, I am using the latest version. I also did the procedure, without success, no logs are recorded.
In addition, I also deleted 1 entry from the wp_options table: “– wsal_restrict-plugin-settings”. The “– wsal_only-me-user-id” did not exist in the database.
Still, no logs are recorded.

Agora não recomendo mais pra nenhum cliente a integração com eles, pois além de um plugin extremamente falho, o serviço também está aquém.

Eu fiquei fazendo testes na própria plataforma dos Correios, para validar o token. Até que um dia simplesmente passou.

Estou com o mesmo problema. Mesmo contrato, mesmo erro.
Porém estou utilizando todos os dados corretos, o usuário é o CNPJ.
@wladmirfb tenho um caso aberto aqui no fórum há mais de 1 mês com o mesmo problema. Tentei por 3x abrir um ticket de suporte, porém o sistema deles sequer me retornam se o ticket foi aberto corretamente ou algum número para acompanhamento.
Passo pelo mesmo problema e aparentemente eles nem sabem o que pode ser.Forum: Plugins

Ticket de suporte na plataforma DEV não existe (já abri 2 e não sei se foram realmente abertos). A ajuda aqui no fórum não resolve nenhum problema. Estou à procura de outra implementação, porque esta não funciona.
