I am having the very same issue, it is happening since the plugin got updated, I use the premium version and already sent my receipt id to the email explaining everything and still have no answer.
Please solve this problem urgently, the plugin used to run smooth but now is causing a big problem. My customers can´t buy anything and they are complaining. This is extremely urgent.
