Update from my side , seems like there were a confilict on my site with a plugin “Mail Poet” I am not in critical need for it so i disabled it and my site returned working back to normal , you can try a similar aproche to test any conflicts with other plugins .
I am using (WP Mail SMTP by WPForms) plugin and I tested all its endpoints , and its sending emails perfectly , its just this email not being sent .
