Hi, i finally found a solution.
After 3 hours looking for some database and files injection, i tried to upload a new fresh .htaccess file, and that solved my problem.
I don’t know why, but the compromised .htaccess contained some extra lines, sort of php settings. I simply got rid of them, and everything seemed to work.
