when you activate 2 plugins for the same purpose, only one can work. Gamma gallery just sync with options that are available in native wordpress like – image arrangements, include/exclude etc and i have no plans to integrate with jetpack.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [3D Slider Slice Box] 3d slider@ymz , i think you use the theme twenty twelve and made some customization, the slider has been tested in default twenty twelve where the submenu works properly. copy paste the same code used in twenty twelve for menu, you just got some css issue which is in no way related the plugin.
