New checkout experience is already un-checked / not enabled.

As of this morning I can still recreate the issue. I am kind of baffled as to how support folks are unable to recreat it – since I encounter it on so many devices, even at different locations and with other people I have asked to test.

I just tested again with a clear browser cache in both MS Edge and Chrome. I also cleared the server and app caches beforehand, as well. In MS Edge I am not running any extensions and in Chrome I tested with all of them disabled. I also did a fresh install of FireFox and tested it —

The issue persists in call cases – after switching back to Stripe, the placeholder text for card number, date, CVC, all dissappear and I can no longer interact with it — I have tested on multiple devices including desktop, laptop, and mobile – each with different browser setups.

Other users are also still reporting the issue.

An additional thing I have noticed is that sometimes when the Stripe field is loading, I breifly see the Stripe Link/AutoFill logo load in the right-hand portion of the field, before quickly dissappearing – but other times I do not see it at all. I believe in the past I never used to see it.

What browser are you testing with?

If I switch to PayPal, and then back – and am unable to enter CC info for Stripe – this error also shows up in browser inspection:

checkout/:1 Uncaught (in promise) Error: A listener indicated an asynchronous response by returning true, but the message channel closed before a response was received

With Stripe Method selected upon page load, I set the “separate fields” setting form plugin settings, thinking that might help – and now it loads the Expiry CVC int he in-line/single field, *and* in the separate fields – very buggy!

More details – we have stripe and paypal payment methods, if a user loads the page with Stripe already selected/expanded – they can fill in the CC# field, but if they start with PayPal selected, and then switch to stripe (expanding the stripe field) – then the CC field cannot be entered.

Similarly, if one starts with Stripe field expanded, then switches to PayPal, then re-expands Stripe fields, the CC field cannot be filled.

The issue has persisted across multiple browsers and devices, with variously cleared caches. The server and app level caches have been cleared as well. One does not always notice the issue, but I just saw it again moments ago. When the server hangs a little or there is delay when navigating between two pages of the site, there is a flash of a large logo: that’s the page I built with SeedProd blinking for just a few milliseconds. Clearly the plugin modified/left some files behind – wondering where to look/how to remove that. If you come to the site with a clear cache and click around to a few different pages – especially if you visit products and add to/view cart – and watching closely you should notice the issue at least once.

That link is goobered, not sure why – this is the one gallery that is loading correctly.
The other galleries have the exact same settings, and look correct in their preview, but now when loaded on the front end.
