By backend form, I assume you mean the code for the form?
(I’ve only included the code for 2 rows, rather than all 10, and cut out some of the drop-down options just to make it easier to read.)

At the moment I only one row is added to the Google Sheet, that being the last one entred (if 3 items are entred, the 3rd overwrites the others, because they have the same field name.)
I could have columns called [location-1], [location-2] etc, but then colating the data into a readable spreadsheet becomes a PITA.

I’d already looked at the list on Lets Encrypt, but unfortunately the host isn’t listed.
I’ll look into switching hosts come renewal time.

As my host are out of the office until I’m back in it, I was hoping someone here could help over the weekend.

In the meantime, the comment that follows the script suggests it no longer works.

The following plugins are installed. I’m fairly sure some can be removed, but as the site currently works, I’d like to get it backed up before I start trying to streamline it.
(I’m afraid I know nothing about wp-cron.php or php in general.)
