Thank you for your tip, but it didn’t work.
I have just got the answer from the Avada support and they wrote the following: “Sorry for the inconvenience however we do not override those fields. And I have checked by switching to default WordPress theme momentarily and the fields do not change their position, screenshot attached. So it means the plugin is not working so I’d recommend contacting the relevant plugin author again as the issue happens with the default WordPress too.”
I think the plugin must have an issue then. :/ If you true to change the order of the name fields, does it work for you?

Thank you very much for your fast reply! I have checked my websites and actually I noticed that this problem appears on only those where I use Avada theme. Have you ever noticed an issue like this with Avada theme?
Anyway, I am going to write to their support as well, just wanted to tell you what I recognized 🙂

I managed to have it fixed! Unfortunately it was a former project of mine so I don’t have access to the files anymore but don’t worry, just hire a WP developer freelancer, describe the exact issue and he will be able to help you for sure.
In my case it took maximum 1 hour to be solved and as far as I remember the developer just added some extra rows into the code of that file.

Tatvic, I think I have the same issue with my store. I receive misleading datas. For example there are 4 purchases in my webstore and only 1 appears in GA.

Thank you for your answer! However my problem is not the custom sorting options. I just want to set a default option (for example sorted by date). Even if I had already set it on Woocommerce Admin, it still shows this two options on category pages and it destroys the view of the first product.

Yes, actually I am using 12 extensions for Woocommerce (I need them, that’s the problem). However according to Query Monitor the huge number of queries coming from Woocommerce itself not other plugins.

Woocommerce plugin causes this but I don’t know what else I should do. :/
I have like 100-150 visitors a day and the physical memory usage is 1000-1500 MB permanently! Do you have any more idea Mike? Thank you very much!Forum: Plugins

Is it possible that these files cannot be found via FTP however if you check the URL in the browser, it works. Or maybe the Total Commander settings are wrong? What should I do?
