would it be an idea to use this as well with the links/blogroll part of wordpress?

was searching for popup instead of pop-up at first.
next update:
closing the browser helps. The error happens about 25% of all the times I try to enter admin. I can live with that for the time being.
For all the other people with this error:
close your browser, and try again. Keep trying!
update:
found the information I wanted (within the table wp_options), but it doesn’t help. Still the same error
