No caching plugin, problem occurs when using only events manager.
I will try to look at WP_DEBUG or check my php logs. but i have no idea how to do that i guess a bit of research will be needed.
what should i be looking for
i have a similar problem except i cant change any of the settings.
I am using the default theme an updated version of wordpress and no other plugins are activated and i still cant change any settings.
everything else seems to work fine until i need a setting changed,
