In reply to: Blocks (editor missing from dash board)Interesting, all three of the websites I mange have had the “Blocks” on the upper left vertical row until recently. And oddly, even when I try to edit using WP Page builder I do not see a way to edit the top most text on our about page header, or, no way to edit our footer text either. Even in css editor the “theme footer” link is not there. And when we did have the “Blocks” option it was easy to use and edit whenever we wanted. So, based on what you are saying, and if truth, then its a Theme punch issue, we use their Porto Theme along with woo commerce. I’ll file a support ticket with them and then see who is truthful. all three sites we have, the Blocks option is gone.
Thanks for your prompt reply.
not sure if it matters, but, everything I read on many sites suggested first line, why did you add it to the last? also, type what the health message says, and the the bullet. you need to post more details than you are stating.
the solution is, you have to edit your htaccess file and add the code and save.
thanks Roger for this code: Header always set Content-Security-Policy “upgrade-insecure-requests”
by the way, I found a work around, and its SIMPLE.
1 go to plugins, locate Really SIMPLE SSL
2 click deactivate, and select KEEP HTTPS (important)your site remains with the security lock icon, and the “Not all recommended security headers are installed” on the site health will be gone. and google wont ding you anymore.
you will only see “you should remove inactive plugins”
I don’t know about you, but i’m fine with that.wow, what a mess, waste peoples time, annoy them, so that they cave and buy the pro version. anyone know of a better program?
