Thanks for the feedback. I cannot replicate this in my site, can you provide us these details:
1. Screenshot of your triggers and actions panel
2. System Info found in Dashboard menu -> Tablesome -> System Info (use download option)
3. Any JS console error messages you see while you see the spinRegards.

2. the editor page where you have the shortcode@vwondra This has been solved. Will be added in the upcoming release. One drawback would be you can use beaver build to add content to Helpie FAQ post itself.
