@wghadm Sorry for the late response. Can you share what issue you currently face? Are you not able to create translation posts for the faq cpt?
Screenshots would help.@mattatdelt If you are using “Submission date” Field from extra option (in Tablesome Workflow), the timezone in WordPress Settings (during the form submission) is used. If you had changed the timezone after the submission, the previous submissions will not be changed.

and share the errors here.@shaunf13 Sorry for the late reply. The trash tab should show if there are previously trashed items. They could have been gone, incase you used a cleaning / optimisation plugin to optimise the site.
But, the table could still be in the Database which you can access with hosting CPanel PHPMyADmin.@webeedoo Maybe a service like https://www.file.io/ or you can mail us at support [@] pauple [dot] com.
@webeedoo Can you see if you have wp_debug and wp_debug log enabled? And if you have logs in your debug.log? If so, please share.
