In reply to: [IMPress Listings] Help adding connecting Agent profilesOK, thanks.
In that case, can you suggest any other product that might be capable of doing similar things in conjunction with WP Listings? I’m sure not everyone who uses it has a Genesis child theme so are there alternatives that you know of?Forum: Plugins

Thank you for the info Krishna.
I managed to at least get a SQL backup though MySQL and save it to my documents. Now that I have that, if I cancel my present hosting company and switch to another, I would go into the mySQL on the new host and import it and it should be okay, right? Or will whatever issue I’ve been dealing with still follow me over there?Hi again,
So it’s been about 40 hours since the problem was initially reported to my hosting company. I resent a support request which led to an email stating that the problem was being escalated to their Advance Technical Service team. I sent a follow up half a day later and was given a response saying that they are still looking into the matter and will get back to me when it’s resolved. My question is: is this an acceptable amount of downtime for such an issue? I looked into the email address that the message was sent from and it’s secureserver.net, which leads back to Special Services LLC, which some blogs said was the parent company of GoDaddy. I’m just frustrated because I can’t even cancel my hosting with them and switch to something more reliable because until they get my site back up and running, I’ve got nothing to transfer, right?
Anyone have any thoughts or advice on this? Is this normal and/or acceptable? Is it par for the course with this company?
Thanks for the input. I’ll check out that link and await the host’s answer. This is the second error I’ve had with them..I guess you get what you pay for. I’m anxiously awaiting for my lockout period to be over bc it’s time to research a better hosting service.
