Finally I think it’s not a problem of too small box, but a problem of position of the boxes.
So how change the position of the Tweeter Box, wich hide a part of Facebook Box ?exemple :

so, I have erased the ‘ in “Ferme d’en haut” => “Ferme d en haut” in my tags.

just a little problem : columns haven’t the same lenght because the mis depend of the number of letters and not the number of tags in each letter, no ?
another thing : I can not have more than 3 columns (instead I write columns=”4″)
last thing :
the character ‘ is not compatible with the exclude fonction ? (Ferme d’en haut is always here)have a good day
