The siteurl is not the problem: when I specifically add “index.php” to the url, I get the same result; I’ve installed other PHP based blogs/CMS/whatever that started with index.php and they work fine, but thanks for trying.
My guess is that it probably has to do with permissions, which I am currently checking.
