Just roll back to 3.0.10 and wait until this bug is fixed.
I just had exactly the same problem:
– added sections are not showing as sections
– the customizer tool doesn’t work on de-activated sections
I noticed that people had this issue already over a year. The developer was not very ‘responsive’. If somebody knows the solution please let us know.
