I think the hosting company made a back up from not too long ago because in my personal training website their is a reference to the corona situation and some measurements. But the plugins were installed years before the corona outbreak so its a recent backup so thats why its strange over 20 pugins are gone.Forum: Fixing WordPress

I got this message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare sydney_set_import_files() (previously declared in /home/sterknl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sydney-toolbox/demo-content/setup.php:18) in /home/sterknl/public_html/wp-content/themes/sydney/demo-content/setup.php on line 20I can not login to wordpress at all it seems, so how i am gonna deactivate plugins?
Should i go to cpanel and delete sydney/demo-content (sydney is a theme) or will I totally irreversably destroy my website
