I updated php.ini to
max_execution_time = 500 memory_limit = 256Mand set ‘Maximum execution time for each scan stage’ to 100.
Not sure if it’s too much but it works. thanks!
I’m not sure what did it but it works now. I added this in my .php/5.6/phprc file:
max_execution_time = 500 memory_limit = 256MIn Wordfence I upped the ‘Maximum execution time for each scan stage’ to 100.
Not sure if that’s overkill but it works.
No luck. Same error.
This was a new install on sep 10. This site is one of 17 sites on the same host, dreamhost. The bulk of which, including this one, are on VPSs (dreampress). They all got hacked a month or so ago so I’ve been cleaning each one and installing wordfence. All but two sites scanned perfectly. The other site’s problem is related to scanning images as executables (I made another post for that one). Hope that helps narrow it down.
ThanksNo other security plugins. For good measure I deactivated all other plugins except wordfence. I also reverted to the basic wordpress .htaccess file. Still get the same error.
