so, i’ve done every thing correctly at least in my hapazard way and when i insert [gallery=2] i get thumbnails; the link for show slideshow is there but when clicked i get a black box in the post.? any suggestions? i hope some one can help.
when i use [slideshow id=2] i just get a black box for flash and nothing happens. i’m using wp2.9.2 latest NextGEn 1.5.3.

for an indepentent site from nextGEn do i need to add the following:

      width="470" height="160" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"
      flashvars="file="Blog25/wp-content/plugins/imagerotator.xml&transition=blocks">

in my site’s home page. i thought i did and the space for a slideshow shows up. i want the slideshow in the post. am i only supposed to add:

For a slideshow : **[slideshow id=x w=width h=height

in the post? i’m a newbie to php and wp and nextGEn. i hope you’ll read and reply. i’m going crazy over this problem.

how does Word insertion of text into a post mess things up in a theme? please help as this might be my problem. i need a break from researching and coding.
