@dinesh1985singh – Just an update, all good on the CSS change to the links. I guess there was just a delay in the site reading the CSS.

I still am wondering about making the frontpage hero image consistent throughout all the site pages. Can you please help?

This solved the spacing problem, but, as it is, the horizontal rule is still not reading. I’ll keep playing. Thanks for your help.
