Ok, I don’t quite remember that but I’m pretty new to this. Either way I know that my email was an associated user with this website and now it won’t let me log in or recognize that email (or any email). What is it that I should do now?

Yes it is, I had been doing work on the site all week long with that login info. And I don’t know what the wp_usermeta table is or how to get to it.
