the menu appears on the calendar page if i use “Twenty Twelve” with “Default Page Template”. Unfortunately, i can’t change the site theme, so the problem persists 🙁

I have the same problem. The main menu disappears on the calendar page (but it appears correctly on the event page). I read others post with similar problem in this forum, but i can’t fix the issue.
I’m using the 3.2 The Events Calendar version and the 3.6.1 WordPress version.Tanks
