Hello @anton2oc,
Okay, will reply there.
But it is recommended to be careful on public forums, so for your privacy and security concerns, you should remove your email id now.
@moderator please remove the above comment as it has an email ID if it is necessary for you as per forum policies.
Hello @anton2oc ,
Please share a link to your shop page to analyze the issue, I assume your shop page must be public.
Best Regards.
Hello @anton2oc ,
As per the screenshot that you shared the shop switch is still disabled.
Please enable it from the Filters for Shop/Category Pages > Configuration > Filter Location.Best Regards.

Hello @anton2oc,
Please share the screenshots of the Filters tab and sub-tab so I can examine the setup.

Hi @devnp ,
Sorry, we do not have a defined release date for the next update but we are hoping to finish it in one week so assume that it will be released roughly in 1 to 2 weeks.
I will update you when the release is available.
Best Regards.
Hello @devnp ,
Sorry, forgot to mention one more thing that after updating please save icons from the Woo Attributes page. Even if you have saved icons then they are for selected images so you will need to save icons for normal cases and you should upload icons for the selected states in case you want to show different(usually theme primary color) color icons when the filter is selected.
Best Regards.

Hello @anton2oc ,
Yes after enabling the switch you have to add the filters or you can just add sample filters with a simple trick which is by switching the filter template.
As I told you previously also I recommend that you add sample filters that will give you an idea of most of the features of filters as well as it will help you get started easily. To switch the filter template go to the
Alternate Filter Widgetssub-tab and under theWidgetfield chooseTemplate 2and click save it will make the plugin add sample filters for the widget you switch to and later on you can keep only the filters you want and delete/disable the rest using the bulk delete/disable actions. Please follow the instructions mentioned in my previous comment to add filters of your choice manually. In case of any doubt please feel free to ask(we know our docs are not updated but we are working on the documentation update and it will be available soon).

In reply to: [Woo Custom Filter Widget] Filter not showHello @anton2oc,
I assume your question is answered so I am marking this ticket as resolved.
If you have any other questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket.
Hello @anton2oc ,
As from the previous ticket, I understand that you want to show filters on the shop page and category page.
Please enable Shop/Category Filters from the Setting and Status tab instead of the shortcode, and after enabling it refresh the page once and you will see a new Tab “Shop/Category Page Filters” go to that tab.To enable the filter on the shop or category page go to the “Shop/Category Page Filters => Configuration” tab and enable switches under filter location and select the category from the dropdown if intended for the category page too.
Enable the switch
Show Apply and Reset buttonto show the global reset button. While adding filters if the Category dropdown is left blank then this filter will be shown on the shop page else only for the selected category page only.
By using this module the filter is performed via ajax and results are updated on the same page. While shortcode was intended to show on the landing page or any widget area from where users are to be redirected to the shop page with the selected filters.
In case, if your requirement is different and you just need to use shortcode filters then let me know.
