If the paypal option will be enabled or email verification will be enabled the user name will changed to unverified_ Untill the user get verified and/or paid for thier membership.
that’s all.
If you do not want to charge for membership or verify thier email before letting them to login simply Uncheck prevent fake email option and paypal_option from pie-register setting panel.I hope it’s help.

As far as Css is concern so you can edit the CSS open up the pie-register in your favorite text-editor, I use DreamWeaver.
find the “#reCaptcha” and make it fit to your Reqs.Thanks
