Can anyone help me with this? it’s been 4 months and I still don’t have a resolution?
Possibly relevant: I have also not received notifications on this thread in the support forum. My WordPress.org account uses the same email address that I’m having trouble with above.
I can see in the comment trail above that member bukge posted a reply 2 weeks ago and I didn’t receive any notification by email.
Yes as noted in my original post, I have checked both boxes to receive email notifications in Settings > Discussion.
I do receive all other emails to my email address, and have never had problems receiving emails….. except in this case ie. I have never received any notifications from this self hosted WP site. I don’t have a server team though (!!?) and I’m not clear on why I would install wp smtp plugin? Surely I should receive emails from wordpress without requiring a plugin?
