@devdavidam : The unpacked files are just the duplicator folder and 4 other files, not the whole wordpress files.
@devdavidam: No, that doesn`t help I have already tried that.
There are the extracted files then, but not the structure of a working wordpress page. So I guess Duplicator needs write permissions anyway because it did some things more than just extracting the files.
There is no error message until the end.
All tests are successfull (also database connection), but when you click on “admin login” in the last step, you got a 404 error. And the files are not created as the should have been when you go to the folder (database data are created).
Open_basedir is „none“. I can see that in Plesk. But even if i switch this the error occurs.
I think opendir is still enabled – I only disabled open_basedir. How could I check this?
@corylamleorg:
No, I can’t reach that area. It hadn`t been created.Hey @corylamleorg:
where are you “Tools > Diagnostics Tab > Log file”.
This Tools section exists in many areas, but I couldnt find da Diagnostics Tab. In WordPress, Server Manager, Plesk… ?@corylamleorg: Hello,
I set open_basedir to none. (When I enable it, I get a red warning when I start installer.php which says I should disable it)
Where do I find the Log-File you mean (Plesk/ Windows)? In the php logs there are only old logs.
