Not currently. The best bet is to copy a playlist and then remove the videos you don’t want in it. Then embed that (filtered) playlist.

Unfortunately, we can’t debug the issue without seeing it. One suggestion is to deactivate other plugins one by one (refresh cache if you have one) then see if the issue disappears. Report back if it’s a plugin issue.

What exact channel url are you inserting in the wizard?
User was using the /c/ based channel link vs. the /channel/ based link.

There’s analytics at the backend for the Pro version, but if you’re talking about displaying things like views on the actual page for visitors to see, then currently that value is not displayed.
