This feature works for very many sites, so there’s no need to present your issue in the extra negative way you did. If you actually care to actually get help, perhaps we can have a constructive and respectful dialog. Starting with whether you can provide an active example URL. An example URL actively exhibiting your issue will allow us to help you the best and inspect your underlying issue. This is because the type of issue you describe is almost always unique some specific themes, and it is impossible to test against all themes.
Some hosts provide a separate staging website if you don’t wish to have the issue active on your live site, so see if that’s possible with your host, and you can share that instead.
Not sure yet. We just released a significant feature for facades. We are looking forward to quality feedback on it to see if there are glaring issues to quickly address and release a new update. We’ve added your particular request to our product backlog though.

Can you provide a link to a page with the issue and the full code you embedded from the plugin?
You should consider embedding the channel as a standalone player or gallery. That way, the most recent video will be displayed first. That should address 1 and 2. We don’t really follow your #3 question.

We see that you embedded a channel as a playlist to show the most recent video. Right now, it shows the 10/10 stream. There can be delay in YouTube updating those channel playlists. That might be what you’re experiencing — assuming that you’re not dealing with cache refresh delays.

Since you have some level of investment with the plugin (having tried it twice), perhaps you can provide a link to your page with the facade feature on for us to test on Google’s Lighthouse speed test. Maybe send a version of this page but with the plugin handling embedding instead of the static image:

Using the YouTube API. If you have your key setup properly, then the plugin should successfully pull that info.
Not sure what you’re trying to say there. Like we said above, the fix will be included in the next update.

What code did you embed for that? Did you run that Sept 15th stream? If not, we suggest removing it or redating it to something in the future — after the next one you want to run.
