if you just want to remove the word “LINKS”
you can go into your sidebar area and delete :
<h2>Links:</h2>or
<h2><?php _e('Links'); ?></h2>hope that helps you out

<and before the?so it ends up like
< ?instead of<?..does anyone know where i can set it not to add that space.. is it a api hook option?

but…
try looking through your settings in the WP admin area and make sure there is no mention of “Nobody”
like under the mail settings..
