This problem occurs when I change my WordPress permalink to ‘plain’.
The logout function works fine when I had my permalink set as ‘post name’.

Hi @munayam ,
The php version is 7.4.21, filesystem permission is writable, media handling is enabled as well. WordPress and Tutor LMS is the latest version as well.

How can I share the screenshot here btw?

Hi @munayam, thanks for your reply!

I’m unable to see both the tabs upload file and media library. The displayed window is completely blank. I’ve also increased the maximum upload file size to 256M.

However, I managed to find out the problem causing this issue by deactivating other third-party plugins. It was caused by the conflicting plugin named Hustle. But I need both the functionalities of Tutor LMS & Hustle on my website, is there anything I could do to have both of them function on my website without causing plugin conflict?
