About the custom text: I don’t know the this theme. May be has a way to add the text on his control panel. If not, I recommend you to create a “child theme”, copy the footer.php and modify this file with your content.

Now, lets center the text. To do it you need to insert this code on your Custom CSS Form. If your theme doesn’t have this form you can install this plugin:

Now the code:

Second: your problem seems inside your post. Your post has an extra code that brakes everything on your site. Go trought your posts and get rid of the extra code and leave only the images and text. It will solve your issue 😉

You need to leave at least one theme in the folder. Leave the Twenty Fourteen theme on the folder and delete the others.
An delete all plugins you had installed.

Access your site via FTP and delete the theme you had installed. It will force your wordpress install load one of the default themes.

If you have the FTP access you can try to rename your plugin folder to another name. It will disable all your plugins at once. If the problem is one of those, you will be able to access your control panel.
