I figured it out!!! Go Daddy actually put a folder named “Blog” in my ftp… and I didn’t know. I had uploaded WordPress in my ftp and I was trying to upload to that folder instead. Hope this comment helps someone!!

I deleted the Classic and the default from the ftp…and nothing happened. Does this mean that I don’t have the ftp hooked up right to WordPress through GoDaddy? I use this same ftp for my website…
I know this is a common question but something has got to be wrong!
