what pisses me off is that there is no absolutely safe AND no-worries way to upgrade to wordpress 2.5 or (2.5.1) for someone who doesn’t know and doesn’t ever want to know a single line of code and the meaning of “phpxml” or WHATEVER.
i want a fantastico-like thing when i click a freaking button and have wordpress. and that thing would tell me i have backups which i later may erase if i want to. would tell me “you’re cool and good to go and no need to worry and no RISKS”.
i don’t need to read no warning about my “OWN RISK”.
i signed to BLUEHOST knowing there is easy installation. now basically i’m stuck and have to do stuff at my “OWN FREAKING RISK”.
there is even no safe roll back feature. a button i can click which reverses the process if it’s gone wrong somehow.
“simple” script instructions suck anyway. you have put a single page that only talks about RISKS, no demos no nothing, no step by step.
thank you for “HARD SCRIPTS”, BLUEHOST. it has a very sleek user panel which is of NO USE though. but nice work on the visuals!!!
