Sorry, meant to post an update. I was getting nowhere so I ended up repairing the installation by uploading the theme files again which solves the problem. The problem started when I changed the slider to display post ID’s then changed it back to categories but that might have just been a coincidence. Great theme though!
I’ve had the same problem with one of my sites.
One.com support asked me to add this code to the .htaccess file
Header set Set-Cookie wordpress_test_cookie=WP+Cookie+check
I added it after # BEGIN WordPress
And I can now login to the control panel. No explanation as to the cause but think it’s something to do with One.com blocking brute force password attacks.
