In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] No ticket link in confirmation emailHello @bborman
Is the ticket purchase as shown in the WooCommerce Orders section showing as “Complete”?
Until this is the status – an email containing a link to the ticket will not be sent

I clicked on the link and do see the QR Codes
For the missing images – when you set up the tickdet (Product), Venue, Venue Area and Event – are you making sure to set the images you want to use as the “Featured Image” for each type
We have put up some detailed How-To Videos on our website – check out the one at:

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Checkout error and some other thingsI’m not at all sure I understand what you are referring to when you say “invite email”
Open Tickets Community Edition doesn’t send out invites – what specifically do you mean by this?

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Checkout error and some other thingsIt may well be that WooCommerce is waiting for Paypal to confirm that a successful transaction has been made – so your testing method may not work as desired…
I suggest you either use the Paypal Sandbox – or buy the ticket using “Direct Bank Transfer” for testing and then manually complete the order that is created to release the email containing the link to the ticket

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Checkout error and some other thingsWhat form of payment are you accepting for tickets?
For some types (like check Payment for instance) – when an order is placed it is put into a “Pending” status and you need to go into the WooCommere / Orders when payment has been received and mark the order as complete
This will then release an email to the buyer containing the ticket
We are currently working on some how-to videos to help with using the plugin
Remember – the actual purchasing of the ticket is all handled by WooCommerce so you may need to look up their documentation for this

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Manual un/check-in of attendeesOpen Tickets is built on top of WooCommerce, and it is this that handles all orders
What you can do is click on WooCommerce / Orders in your Dashboard and locate the ticket order in question
on the right hand side of each ticket’s details is an icon you can click to “View”
Once viewed you can then manually Change the order status to one of the others that WooCommerce offers
If you look at all of the pages that have been created – amongst them you will see “Event Calendar”
That IS the Event Page

Quadshot TechIn order for us to help you – this needs to be on a public site that we can log on to with Admin Access
If you can do this and give us the admin credentials – we can take a look

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Shipping CostAre you using WooCommerce just for selling tickets – so you will never actually ship any products?
If this is the case you should go into the WooCommerce Settings and in the Shipping Tab just completely disable shipping
