I’m also getting this warning:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in .../taxonomy-picker-library.php on line 132
Running WP 3.2.1 and the most recent version of the plugin (after deleting and reinstalling).
Tried deactivating all other plugins (akismet, meteor slides, broken link checker), but that hasn’t helped.
I have tried adding a line at the top of taxonomy-picker-library.php defining the variable that was “missing” (I think it was something like $input) but that just pushed the bug down the code to another variable ($fixes, I think). Anyway, that’s no way to solve this…
I love this plugin, and hope there’s a solution so I don’t have to start looking for a different plugin.

Thank you so much! I used PHPMyAdmin to change the site URL back to the original, and it worked perfectly.
