Hi thanks for the response. One of the students I’ve been working with posted about the petition on a bunch of student Facebook groups, so I had to turn off the confirmation email step. In trying to find the solution to my original problem, I thought I saw a post that discussed a button to move unconfirmed to confirmed but I couldn’t find that function.
To answer your questions in your first message, no there were no bounce messages and yes we did check our spam folders. Not sure about the email settings – I will have to ask for help with that. Anything else you would recommend checking?
