That’s definitely a lesson that I have learned!
I went into my FTP through my cPanel and deleted all of the folders that W3 total cache created, however the problems still exist.
I asked my hosting service to search through my .htaccess and remove any code that W3 total cache would have added. They didn’t find any code that was tied to W3 total cache.
So I’m still at a complete loss as to how this is still happening.
I also used a plugin called “W3 Total Cache” that broke a few of my parallax effects on my website. After deactivating and deleting the plugin, those problems were still persistent.
Think that cache plugin has anything to do with the logged-out/non-member issue I’m having?
I deactivated JetPack and the problem still persists.
Could this be a cache issue? If so, is there a way to exclude PMPro from the cache?
Hi Pete!
Sorry for the late reply!
All of my pages that require a membership have the membership levels requirements checked.
I’m using the latest version of PMPro.
