In reply to: [WP Testimonials] Grid not working properlyDo you have a support ticket system or a place for private support on this matter? Being this is a clients website, I don’t want to put their site information/screen captures in public view for the next 1000 years. I even checked your profile and there is no way to directly contact you, nor does the website link in your profile actually work. https://ibb.co/NVtkZmt

In reply to: [WP Testimonials] Lots of bugs, do not recommendGladly, but there is no way to attach an image via the wordpress reviews. Would you like to provide your email or some direct way to reach you for support.
I did also open a support message, but things like this should really be handled via private support since some website data may be confidential. Do you have a private support channel, as I’m sure that many would prefer that type of support. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/grid-not-working-properly/Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Track The Click] How to clear click history? My database is getting HUGE with all the click information.
Just curious on a possible ETA on having a way to clear data which is xx days old?
I think most people using wordpress are not going to know enough to safely go into their hosting SQL and delete the history.
It would also be nice if it could record the IP address of the click in the detailed history when you click the number count. Right now it shows the date and time only. That would make your module a very useful tool for those working with affiliate programs and wanting to check/verify some of the clickthrough data.
Again, thank you for a wonderful module…and for free! I’m looking forward to the PRO module! (hopefully it will have these features and more?)
Thank you, went to spam. Replied to the ticket so I hope you can help!
I will continue to look for a solution I guess. Thank you for the reply.
Actually no, the site was never hacked and those files never existed. I know for fact because I have several websites…some new, some old. I also see this on clients websites where googlebot is “probing” and the sites are clean and were never hacked previously.
Also, for that to be true then the url being probed would be listed in the google search results…and its not either.
PERFECT! Its working GREAT! Thank you! Wonderful plugin!
I see post type on the screen capture, but wasn’t sure if I can do this on only ONE particular page or post for instance… THANKS!
Ok, but the pro does?

In reply to: [WP All Import – Listings Import for Listify] Geocoding Requires Two ImportsI’m having a similar issue, except it will NOT geocode the address at all. 🙁
Sorry, it might be the php version on the hosting. I just realized it was 5.2. I’m having the client update that now.

In reply to: [WP-PostRatings] Display Highest Rated posts WITH images? Thanks for the quick reply. Maybe consider that as a feature to add in a later update?
Option for a thumbnail image, size settings, title, excerpt with some basic css styling would be AWESOME! It would take your module to a whole new level for reporting the lists.
Thank you again for the quick support! A+
Thanks! I don’t like messing with the SQL database directly. Too easy for a mistake and I zap the wrong thing with no way to get it back. 😛 But thank you for the reply! I will look forward to the new feature where I can reset all the stats to zero like its a new install. again, THANKS!
