If you just have 3-4 products you don’t need that plugin as its purpose it to generate random related from a pool of products sharing taxonomies or attributes.However, if you want to set up the plugin you simply need to add a shared TAG or a Product Category to group your products and then set the plugin to pair by TAG or Category.
You can find plugin settings page under woocommerce/woo related products

from what I see in the link you posted the issue is caused by a CSS rule..woocommerce div.product.first { clear: both; }try to override this in your child theme or in your customizer using this :
.woocommerce div.product.first { clear: none; }Hello there, I will push an updated version of the plugin to the directory.

Ok I identified the problem, I can send you an edited version of the plugin today to use until I release a fix or you can wait for the fix to go public ( normally will push to plugin’s directory by the end of the week ).
