1. It works if you resize the browser on a desktop but if you use a mobile (IOS) the red cart is not sticky. see photos below:

2. The screen shot below is supposed to have the shopping cart modal for checkout but you have to scroll (a lot) to the top of the page to be able to see it, again it works on the resized browser in desktop but not in mobile:
