This plugin only required enable PayPal Pro and API details like below:
API Username
API Password
API SignaturePlease choose option 1

For live mode, in the plugin setting you just need to unchecked sandbox mode and input live API details.

As I know you can’t enable Pro version from your side, Please contact to https://www.paypal-techsupport.com/s/?language=en_US they will enable for you.
You just need to submit support ticket.
