For my test user there are certificates. This is a subscriber I use to test.
I just had 2 students tell me their certificates are not there.
1. She took the test Sept 13 according to her /wp-admim/users. It shows in admin but there is NO test on her profile page (where the widget is).
2. She just took the test 1/2 hour ago and it shows in admin but there is no certificate on her account page.
I checked the account page and there is the row for the widget (using Beaver Builder fyi) but in the edit mode it says: “uncanny_learndash_toolkitWidgetCert no longer exists” What’s that about? Is that maybe the issue? NOTE: I said above that the error message in Beaver Builder was fine but it’s not. It is showing as no longer exists.)
(All certs are for quizzes)
Is there a shortcode I can use instead? please tell me exactly what to type in as I am a bit technically impaired.Forum: Plugins

I appreciate your support.All emails are not getting delivered properly. the course results from one plugin, the contact form ont he home page, anything coming from the website…including the admin email address reset email from general settings is not going through. Does it matter that we have the site hosted on Siteground but the domain is being held at godaddy? apparently there is an issue with spf or dkim for godaddy? secureserver.net
Any ideas?

I set it up with Siteground’s help.Test emails reach the inbox fine. All other emails are hitting spam folders.
I am using Siteground’s email address I set up on the hosting account.
Should I set up an email where the domain is being held (GoDaddy) just like I set up all other office email addresses?
(Frankly, I simply followed instructions I found on youtube for the software and since no emails were going out before I needed something.)But, emails seem to be ending up in Spam folders. Any ideas?

I have a different Dropbox account on my computer than the one I want this site to go to. Last time I used a browser that didn’t have the old dropbox and then just logged into the new dropbox. I’m not clear how to set up this new dropbox account without having to change the settings on my computer. Also, even though it seemed as though it finally connected to the new dropbox account as there was a backup in the new dropbox account, when I logged out of dropbox in that same browser, the next day, a backup was made by Updraft to my hosting server and I ran out of disk space quickly. Not sure how that even happened.

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Change Dropbox accountI closed D4ropbox and apparently there was a backup created by Updraft today and it was saved on the server taking up disk space making my site too large.
I see this error message but I don’t know what to do to fix the issue. Please advise.
No Dropbox Code found, will try to get one now – need to reauthenticate this site with Dropbox (if this fails, then you can also try wiping your settings from the Expert Settings section) (Jul 30 09:48:03)
