Your WordPress and Server time is different. Can you make sure that you’ve set the right time based on your GEO to see the changes perfectly here > Settings > General > TimeZone?

Are you using Time FROM and Time TO?
If yes, then, Time FROM and Time TO are for the current date only. So, unfortunately, you can’t change the date from there. You should use Date FROM and Date TO instead.

You can use the exact URL with UTM Campaign, Medium, and Source in the specific URL field.
