    Does WORDRESS.COM have a forum? No. I’m still asking a legit questions to 100’s if not 1,000s of peers.

    Well that’s brilliant! But the best support comes from aggregation and asking your peers in a large forum to see if they’ve experienced the same issue. Google search results didn’t help me find anything.

    I’m using a fully hosted WordPress site on WordPress and this is my first commercial third-party plugin purchase. Everything else comes from WordPress so I completely disagree on your statement that this does not come from WordPress. Aliens? Magic? It comes from WordPress I’m using their software, their service and all their buttons on the admin panel. I’m uploading a third-party plug-in via zip file and it’s all – IN WORDPRESS.

    Are you a WordPress employee? I’ve been a customer for a very very long time since around 2007. The tone here seems tepid and rank lately. Your post didn’t help. redirects blame. What’s happened to the good old WordPress I used to know? It is like some cancer is taking over.

    All I need know is if anyone experienced this same issue with this or any other plug-in? I don’t need “support” specifically for the plug-in itself.
