Thank you so much for your assistance, I was able to grant permission to both accounts.
Currently, Adsense in WordPress says: Account Status: Your account has been approved – Ads are currently displayed for all visitors. (there are no ads on the site yet) and Google Adsense Console still shows, Getting ready

1. I had an adsense account for my site, ridewithraf.com with the email engrakowe@gmail.com
2. im trying to move the site to another email (hereforyoufree@gmail.com) which already has a different site to adsense. – i was hoping i can put all my sites in one adsense account with the email: hereforyoufree@gmail.com

Where can I find the WP-config.php to add the defined info
