Hi AARONDAS,

It seems User Photo is little bit old.

find this function

userphoto_display_selector_fieldset()

and change to

userphoto_display_selector_fieldset($profileuser)

remove
global $profileuser

1. On my site PassMeter works well. Maybe, javascript not load well on your website.

frontend edit profile not frontend registration.

In our website, we use Simplr Registration Form to make frontend registration.
