you can not style the upload widget externaly because it’s an <i-frame>

You can only edit the file at:
http://www.[yourdomain].com/wp-admin/plugin-editor.php?file=tdo-mini-forms/tdomf-style-form.css

(plugins > tdo-mini-forms > edit)
